Please select item “Update System”, press OK to enter, and screen display: Please insert the U disk (the one which we have put the update file there) into the DSP handle. Please press button “ORIGIN/ OK” and no loose it, meantime power on for DSP, and keep press OK button until handheld DSP controller screen display as below: (If already off power, please ignore this step) Please copy the firmware file to a U disk (USB flash). (Please noted, no need to open it in your computer after got this file, please just copy it to your USB flash, and then use your DSP handheld controller to run it from the USB flash.) You can request this file from us or from your CNC supplier. You need have the update firmware file in your hand. Please refer to instruction details in below. We can update the firmware of Richauto DSP to solve this error. In this case, you must have two questions in your mind.Ģ) Is there any instruction for me so I can repair it myself?
We are committed in building excellent cnc wood router, multi-head cnc router and cnc wood lathe machines for many years. If you own a china cnc router whose system is Richauto DSP A11 or Richauto DSP RZNC 0501, the handheld controller DSP screen can not load full and stop in the process of loading like the below picture shows: it is frozen at lauch with a "Richauto System is loading 16%", or it only goes to 62% and goes no further. This percentage is random and can be arbitrary. In short, the handheld controller cannot complete the loading process.
